# mintoring
### metadynamics game
#### objective
The goal of this game is to help a random walker move to a certain place in a free energy landscape.
We do this in a 1-dimensional triple-well and in a 2-dimensional landscape for protein folding.
Gaussian energy terms can be added to the free energy landscape by hand
to help the random walker get to its goal.

#### software requirements
Game is played in a jupyter notebook. We additionally need deeptime, numpy, matplotlib.
